Meet The Board

Our board members are a dynamic group who bring a wealth of experience, talent, and dedication to our theatre production company. With their diverse backgrounds and unwavering commitment to artistic excellence, they play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction and ensuring the success of our company.

Board of Directors for Breadcrumbs Productions, Inc. 

Madge Flynn, Ph.D., LCSW is the Board President of Breadcrumbs Productions and a practicing psychotherapist in CNY.  She is dedicated to wellness for all.  Each of us has a unique story to tell whether it’s on stage, in the audience, in the therapy room or anywhere else.

Scott Scaffidi (he/they) is a local CNY based actor and director. He has been directing musicals and teaching acting and directing classes for the past 9 years at SUNY Geneseo and Le Moyne College. He is the current Secretary on the board for Breadcrumbs Productions.

Lisa Oliver (she/her) is the Associate Director of Undergraduate Medical Education for the Department of Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University. She’s a life long resident of CNY (after a 12 year detour in London, England and NYC) and is proud to be a part of supporting the arts in her own backyard.

Jess Posner serves as Board Treasurer for Breadcrumbs Productions. She is an artist, educator, community organizer and the Director of Virtual Programs for the YMCA of Central New York. The former President of CNY Pride, Jess is familiar with board management and fiscal control. Her work creates opportunities for awareness, expression, and collective action to build better communities and sustainable movements. 

Administrative Team

Tanner Efinger (he/they) is a theatre artist and the Executive Artistic Director of Breadcrumbs Productions and the co-owner of Wunderbar Syr LLC. His efforts are aimed at turning Central New York into a place where LGBTQ+ people and artists migrate, thrive with opportunity, and enrich our region.

Jason Ngo (he/they) is a local artist in CNY who is dedicated to fostering diversity, championing inclusivity, and creating opportunities that bridge gaps and uplift marginalized voices through his role as Director of Opportunity. He has also been a part of many productions around the CNY area through acting and performance.
